I am 41 years old, married and have 3 children.

I enjoy programming and learning game development.

What I Do

I currently hold a Customer Support Representative position but what I do on a daily basis goes far beyond just interacting with customers!

I not only assist them with their software issues, I also go to their web page and ensure that the JavaScript code for our software is correctly implemented on their web page(s).

I also help customers with their CRM/Live Chat Integrations as well.

At times customers will chat in about their GA4/Google Tag Manager integration and I help them with getting that setup also.

Sometimes I get customers asking for a special CSV file in which our software doesn't export but offer to create a web page using JavaScript and HTML, that is hosted on Neocities that will modify the CSV that they downloaded from our software and download the modified version for them.

I also have been known to help customers come up with working JavaScript code in their TeamSupport custom widgets.
